Managed possibly to get caught speeding on A15 whilst driving company van. A15 national speed limit applies, somehow I got carried away by keeping eye on Tomtom speed indicator which was showing 60mph speed limit and I was doing around 56-58mph but kinder forgot for van speed limit is 50mph and noticed Gatso flashed when I passed (hopefully it was sun reflection) but pretty sure it was more like white flash.
Anyway here is dilemma. Van belongs to company which went into administration few weeks ago. New company which bought part of company purchased van as well. I believe no V5 was filled in and sent to DVLA yet. I am now employed by Newco. What going to happen to speeding ticket? I presume it will be send to old company address, if administrator won't take any actions, who will be responsible for it? Can Gatso camera tell difference between van or car? Will I be given speed awareness option first instead of 3 points (12 years driving with no speeding offences so far)?
