Pollen filter housing change

Pollen filter housing change
I am going to attempt to do this today , ive read all the post's on the subject and had a good look but the panel under the wiper arms does not want to budge , ive taken the clips from middle and drivers side ( cant find anymore fixings)and its moving a little but i dont want to force it to break it . Does it just pull up or does it get gunged and no choice to break it out ?
