Im new to the forum this is my first post so hoping somebody can help.
Recently my Passat has started acting up, the turbo wont kick in until about 2100 rpm
which is annoying as there is no power below that rev range.There are no faults showing up on diagnostics and the car is not smokey and once the turbo kicks in it pulls like a train.
I have changed a few of the vaccuum lines near the egr valve as i could see a clear hole in it but this had made no difference.
I have also swapped out the map sensor with a mates A4 and mine makes no difference in his and his in mine so i can rule that out as the problem.
Any ideas as its driving me mad
