Door card removal

Hi,
Has anyone removed the left(passenger) side front door card on a B7 2011 bluemotion estate.
I have so far found the screws in the top of the door handle and behind the door bottom reflector. Also the two 90` fasteners along the door bottom but that is it.
I have seen something on youtube that looks like my door with a 90` fastener behind the silver trim in line with the door handle, but mine doesn't have this.
I'm sure i'm missing something, i don't want to apply any more force to pulling the card off than i have done without some reassurance. All help gratefully received.
BTW i am trying to replace the door mirror.
