fit B5 folding cup-holder etc to B5.5????

Hi

Anybody know if its possible to fit the B5 radio surrounds including the stowage and cup-holder from the B% to a 5.5? After 12 years of a B5 im used to that layout and prefer the stow-able cup-holders for holding my iPod, and the extra storage.
