Exhaust vibrating at low revs

Hi guys any ideas on why this would be happening? It only happens at certain rpm and goes instantly after.

I checked the mounting points and they seem fine. But when I hold the exhaust the sound goes. Its slowly getting worse.

It's starting to become annoying.
