2011 ex lease passat 2.0 bluemotion sport tech

Hi folks,

I am picking up an ex lease 2011 passat 2.0 bluemotion sport tech with sat nav, heated seats, heated windscreen.

Is there anything in particular I should be looking at? Its on at £8999 is that a decent price? Any room for haggling?

It has done 89,000 miles is that liveable? I'll probably only be putting 10k a year on it.
