Limp mode DPF urgent help required

Hi all,

I have spent hours researching this to no avail, my DPF light came on this morning but before I could get to a motorway and clear it the car went into limp mode. Normally a simply engine off and back on will rectify this but unfortunately it does not anymore.
I have taken the car down the motorway in 4th gear at 60mph doing 2600 rpm for 45 minutes twice and this has made no difference.

My code reader say codes 008194 and 004610 but it can not clear them.

I have read that the DPF will not regen whilst in limp mode, is this correct?

Any advice as to what I can do to get round this issue would be greatly appreciated, as I have a lot of miles to drive at the weekend. Can I take the DPF off myself and pressure wash it clean?
