hello In December I brought this 20v Passat its got 83k with every mot and s/h up to 63k and a folder full of receipts 2 owners but has had a bump and no electrics but it will keep me buzy for abit.i have already posted about the electrics and the drain holes under the battery I have got the electrics working now and the drain holes are now unblocked but the polen filter seal is still leaking so ive still got a wet carpet.ive got the carpet up and the wireing for the ccm is all dry so ive just got to solder and heat shrink them all,next job is to tackle the polen filter seal then I can put the ccm box back in the floor and tidy up the wireing.
the accident damage is not that bad its just the wing front bumper headlight indicator and maybe washer bottle and wheel arch liner,i have brought a bumper in the same colour and a new wing but have not fitted them yet.this is more of a cheap project to me to keep me buzy but when its road worthy I will keep it for abit and get it looking nice wheels coilovers etc progress will be slow as I will do it when I can cheers.
