Dash peeling?

Some of the grey paint on my dashboard is peeling, well centre console where it meets the driver. Can it be repaired?

A few months bak i noticed some gray on my leg & realised it was from the car. I found that the sunscreen must have reacted with th paint. I minimised the damage as soon as i realised and carefully cleaned it up.

Now a few months on, the paint has started to wear as my leg is rubbing the damaged area.

Anyone aware of a resolution?
