Rain sensitive wipers???

To put it short, my rain sensitive wipers are dog turd.

Sometimes they allow the windscreen to get totally covered in rain before wiping and other times they wipe the finest of drizzle constantly. They are more annoying than anything.

Is there anyway to adjust them via VAGcom?.. Or even turn them off? I'd rather have standard intermittent wipers than a screen I can't see out of?

Anybody else had this issue & solved it?
