b6 tdi 4motion estate rumbling noise in 5th and 6th ??

b6 tdi 4motion estate rumbling noise in 5th and 6th ??
As per title im getting a deep rumbling noise from what seems to be the back end of my b6 just wondered if anyone had any similar issues with their cars ? Its only if im in higher gears and i put my foot down however if i drop down and change upto 5th or 6th above 70 then its much less of a noise !!
