The old water in foot well!!

Right! I have had this before and i have removed the bungs bellow the battery. I removed the pollen filter and its housing and found that the rubber was knackered so i removed it and siliconed it all back in. I have now found water under the sound proofing on the floor again. Any ideas? :sad:
