I saw this sorry looking sight on Tuesday leaving Aberystwyth, I tried having a word with the driver of the truck but he wasn't very talkative as he was struggling with a deflated tyre but I did find out he was taking it to be weighed in but I didn't find out where, if anybody does want it or bits off it then I'd start with scrap yards in the Aber/Newtown/builth triangle.
