Central Locking issue

Hey all
Hope you can help.
My central locaking has just packed up on my TDI.
the key fobe unlocks the drivers door, nothing else.
i can use the button on the inside of the driver door to open the rest
the tailgate button works on the key fob.

I did have a problem starting my car in this weather and i got a jump start, not sure if that done something?

I have tried to follow the manual and press a button for 1 sec then unlock/lock the car to re sycronise the key fob.
didnt work or im doing something wrong....

Any ideas would be helpful.
