How much is it worth??

Hello all can someone please tell me how much they believe this is worth as am viewing tomorrow and could potentionaly be my first passat!Ebay number 290490142860 .Brief description is a 99 v plate SE tdi passat estate in silver.Mot jul 2011,Tax feb2011.145,000 miles with 14 service stamps.cambelt changed at 133,000 and 3 owners.from pics general condition inside and out is good with a few minor scuffs.Sorry if a bit vague but any estimates would be grateful as the car is open to sensible offers.Thankyou for any help
