4motion lowered springs

Can anybody shed any light on how easy it will be to change the springs on a 4motion ? from what I gather the rears are much like the fronts on a 4motion ? Will it need 4 wheel tracking and all that afterwards ?

I'm looking at Eibach,http://www.ruderacing.co.uk/Suspension- ... _info.html only because i've heard that they are a good spring for comfort and ride height ( no I can't put coilovers on it guy's :esm ) but any other suggestions for a good spring that people might be really happy with would be good.
