It was my birthday on fri and my lovely fiance bought me an acer laptop, i now want to connect it through my HDTV so on a saturday i can stream live football through the tv aposed to just on the laptop, ive got the correct VGA connector and i can get a picture through the tv but i dont have any sound??
Ive seen on the net you can get a 3.5 to 3.5 jack which im thinking i can plug 1 end into the headphone socket on the laptop and the other end to the tv, as it has a jack on the tv "pc audio"
Does anyone on here have any idea if this is correct
