B6 Advanced Brake Flush

Good Morning All,

My B6 tdi is well overdue a brake fluid flush and although i've done this many times on non ABS cars, never attempted this on a car with ABS. So does anyone have a comprehensive guide on how to do this, i did find a video on youtube from Micks Garage but this was confusing as it looked like you go through a manual flush allround finishing on the clutch, and then repeat the whole exercise engaging the ABS actuator to remove any old fluid and air from the circuit which seems a waste of fluid?

I do have a Foxwell NT530 which has an option to actuate the ABS system, but unsure when this should be done!
