The garage have just called to say the bolt is 'rusted' and they cannot remove it so need to take the gearbox out......!
They've asked if i'd like the clutch and DMF replaced at the same time... The car has done 175k miles and i think it's the original clutch so I think it's worth doing, but they want £800 all in
£400 for the labour to replace the crankshaft sensor, and another £400 for clutch + DMF...
Am i making the right choice?
Just wanted to rant really.
