Hunting Idle When Cold - 2.0TDi

Hi all,
The Mrs' Passat has recently started running rough as hell in idle when cold. Take it out for a drive, get some heat in it and ticks over a treat. Performance is not affected hot or cold, just the idle.
Run VAGCOM and no codes stored, EGR functioning correctly, all injectors coded correctly (recently replaced), pressure regulator reset (recently replaced), fuel pump also new a few thousand miles ago, but still playing up.
Any help would be massively appreciated, its driving me potty!!
