Central locking fault

Central locking fault - anyone recognise this fault condition?
Keyfob locks all doors. Keyfob unlocks all doors bar offside (passenger side) rear door.
Driver door central locking switch does not lock or unlock offside rear door (OK all others)
Only using the offside rear door lever on the inside can you unlock the door.
