Passat B6 Rline cr110 diesel "Vibration noise"

Post by tbreak69 »

Hi Guys its me again x_x
So i have a vibration problem now on my Passat.
Things i have done -
new drive shafts left and right
new front suspension and top mounts complete front both sides
new ball joints on lower suspension arms both sides front
new anti roll bar links both sides front
The car produces the noise in any gear at around 3200rpm it will also produce the noise when car is stationery and i rev it up to 3000 rpm (with clutch in or out).
when stationery if i put the car on hard right hand lock and keep it help then rev to 3000rpm nise goes away but as soon as i let go of the steering wheel the steering will move a few degrees and noise will return.
No vibration at idle but bring the revs up to 2800 -3200 rpm the noise returns.
Everything torqued to right specs car drives faultlessly no clicking, banging or judders only happens when driving at 3200 rpm in any gear or when stationary and revving the engine up.
Bloody strange but im lost. nothing is rubbing just cant find the fault.
Thanks for your time
