Door trim removal and replacement (external)

Hi

I've replace the d/s front door and I wondered how am I going to replace the trims which don't match (see attachment) the silver one on the bottom and that black trim above it. These are the opposite to what I have got (as in the pic)

I still have the old door and I will take those off and put on the new door.

If it's a real faff I won't be bothered doing it, to be honest (just glad I've got a working door)
