Bi-Xenon Side Lights help

I've the Bi-Xenon Headlights and want to replace the side lights with LEDs (Canbus friendly).

The orig T10 / W5W / 501 wedge bulb is in a white holder, I can see through the lens, but it has a plastic paddle/holder from the rear.
I can twist this so far but it doesn't want to come out. Not sure how hard to pull this!!!
