We tried today and had terrible problems in getting cable from the tail gate door (externally mounted camera) into the roof lining.
Having done similar work on my Ford Galaxy, that was a doddle but the B6 Passat posed very difficult as we could not get cable and connector through the 'flexible' cable protector adjacent the tail gate hinge from the tail gate into the roof lining. Maybe we should have taken a different route
Any ideas please
