defrost vent

There is some way to easily remove the defrost vent to the windshield?

mine has some rattle noises that bother me a lot and the tips seem not to be fully fixed being able to lift a little. I'm thinking about putting a little superglue on the ends to see if it works but I'm afraid of doing poo.
