Camshaft alignment tool..

Hi has anyone local to Norfolk have the camshaft alignment tool for hire or free use it's kinda urgent for the wkend..the engine code is cbdc and it's to set the cams in the cradle before fitting to the head..if no one has one I may have to buy one and hope I can hire it out..
