So, i have a b6 2009 VW Passat 2.0 tdi 140 cr dpf Highline. We've recently had a new EGR valve, new clutch and fly wheel and a new turbo too. Out of the blue, about 4 - 6 months ago the cars started juddering on idle and you can smell fumes inside the car every so often. We've replaced all the filters, and after replacing the fuel filter, the car was absolutely perfect. It felt like it did when we first bought it, about 6yrs ago. The power was back and felt as smooth as silk, but literally about 20mins later it started juddering again. We took it down to our mechanic but he's on holiday but his son was there. He's still only training, but after having a look he noticed one of the injecters was wet. Could that be causing these faults? Does it need replacing or can they be mended? Is this something that can be fixed at home or does it need a mechanic to do it? I'm after your opinions regarding this...
Cheers
