Manual gear box oil change

Hi, first time posting and I need some advice...

I decided to do some home servicing to save cash and everything went fine witht the regular items until I tried to change the gear box oil.
I watched a few you tube vids and it all seems simple enough but i can not find the gear box oil capacity anywhere. Can anyone help me out here?
High line 140 estate 6 speed manual.

Just to update, I did the gear box oul change without too much trouble.
It seems that 2 litres is just the right amount so happy days.
Gear change is smooth and the car is definitely quieter on the road now.
Next job is to replace the plastics sheilds under neathe and the inner wheel arch protectors as they have been damaged previously.
Any tips on where to get such items would be welcomed.
