New to the forum and Passat B6 ownership. I've just got myself a 2010 B6 estate DSG Highline+ 140, with 86k and really like it!
Only thing I'd like to look at (apart from a remap, which is booked already) is the stance. The cars comfortable, but looks a bit high, so I was wanting to see what most people consider when looking at their Passat? Options are: -
Bigger Wheels - Would look at 18" VAG alloys to fill the arches a little more
Lowering Spring - Keep the 17" alloys and drop the stance a little.
Coil overs - Again keep the wheels but drop the stance again
Final option - Lower the car springs or coil overs and fit 18" alloys also
I'd like to retain some semblance of ride comfort, so looking for advice in what others have done, which I'm sure there are many posts and thread. Any advice welcome
