Evening all!
Picked up my B6 Passat estate of the R variety just last week and can already tell this one is undoubtedly a keeper - superb motor!
Thought I’d be underwhelmed coming from a Mk5 GTI (and a rather good one at that), but no, instead I have been taken aback by the the torque, the precise steering and the sheer beauty of the thing to point out just a few.
Anyway! What leads me to my first post is the lack of interior lighting and by which I mean the adjustable backlights for window switches etc. Dash lights/RNS is fine, as is the illumination behind the headlight switch. Swapped a fuse today but to no avail, anybody experienced this?
Any thoughts/experiences shared will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
