DMF vs SMF Clutch Kit

Hi guys am going to be changing engines in passat tdi estate b6 but instead of going with a Dual Mass Flywheel clutch kit I am contemplating going with Single Mass Flywheel Kit

Has anyone done this...... benefits/disadvantages of each?
