Oh good. Another parking brake problem. The error light has come on and the left side (Passenger in the UK) parking brake will not disengage. Well, I have been lucky and after about 20 attempts it has so at least I can drive the car. I can't use the hand brake or park on a hill though because I don't think the brake will work on that side again. It goes on OK every time but only intermittently comes off again. Below is the error but I just wanted confirmation that the motor probably needs replacing. Or from experience the whole caliper/motor set up is probably the way to go?
