Coolant leak - replace flange

Hi,
I have a leak on the coolant flange (part number 038121132G). I've disconnected all the hoses and removed the air filter box. However I cannot under the bottom nut on the coolant flange.
The bottom nut has been removed but it looks like it hanging on a clip with a nut behind that. My question is how do I remove it? Its like it holds the silver pipe underneath it as well I am not a pro so if you know the answer can you be specific please
