Passat cc balancer shaft fitting

Just in the process of purchasing a 2009 passat cc 2.0 tdi 140ps.
I have read various threads on here regarding common faults, especially the balancer shaft.
Just seeing if any members or recommendations for any garages near West london who could change it as part of a preventive measure?
Will be getting the part from kmb
Anything else I should look for.
Needs a timing belt change and a good service.
