Advice needed. Looking to buy.

Hi All
I am in the search for a 2010 Passat cc 2.0 tsi 200bhp in a manual transmission. I have seen the one I like on autotrader.
Just would like to know the faults with these cars? I have seen a couple videos on YouTube about common problems with the petrol engines being the timing chain, water pump and inlet manifold.
Any advice would be great.
