Newbie with Issues

Hi Guys I'm new to the Forum and also new to the VW Passat,

I Think I'm in the right section but apologise if I'm not, I have a 57 plate 20 TDI

For some reason if I accelerate hard before the engine if upto full temp it just dies, But always restarts straight away,

All ive done recently is a service, Oil / Filter, Air Filter and fuel filter,

once its upto normal running temp its spot on with plenty of power,

Anyone have any ideas please ?
