B6 drl wiring options

Hey

Im kind of in a pickle ( or just not smart enough to figure this out)

What i have is an Italian B6 2010, tdi with automatic EUR light switch.

What i also have is a DRL led tube that im about to shove in to my bumper turn lights. Something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVXpdd_TkiM
DRL has a controller, that has 4 wires (red, black, white, yellow)
As follows: Black for ground , white for DRL , yellow for sequential turnsignal, red for the ACC.

In my country (probably like many others) DRL lights need to automatically switch off as soon as headlights come on (meaning i cannot for the love of god have 2 pair of eyes on a dark road at night)

What i want:

DRL tube to work as DRL, without attathing them to headlights or foglights - because attaching DRLs to fogs i will get fog+drl cornering light at night or attatching to headlights i will get 2 sets of eyes at night: not good
DRL to automatically turn off when lights sensor detects that its time to turn on headlights.
Turn signal to work at nights, when DRL are off.

Can somebody tell me if this is possible.
