Part Number?

Hi all,
Does anyone know the part number for the black housing that sits above the rear view mirror (pictures attached). This had obviously broken and the previous owner tried to DIY it back together with zip ties and electrical tape.
So I'm after a part number and hopefully somewhere I can buy it from?
