So since I bought my B6 in August last year the DMF has sounded like a pebble rattling in a bean tin. Now it sounds like a box of screws...
I think I already know the answer but I need to make sure I’m not spending money unnecessarily... not yet anyway. I have attached a link to a video of my rattle can in action for you all to wince at
. Would having a faulty DMF make the gearbox sound louder and like it’s full of straight cut gears, as this is something else I have noticed getting louder over time.
I have also attached the link to an eBay listing of a dual mass flywheel and clutch kit, has anyone used one of these before and do you know if it’s the right fitment for a BKP engined Passat? The description states 2.0tdi so that could mean anything
