2008 cr140 cbab limp mode

Hi guys
Driving home yesterday and upon approaching a roundabout I got the flashing glow plug light and limp mode.
Got home did a scan and got
-Boost pressure control valve/solenoid (bank 1) short to ground p0047
-exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control circuit short to ground p2426
-coolant pump 2 open circuit p261A
the car had the emissions recall on 21st feb 2017
anyone else had this issue?
Our other machine says
solenoid valve (A) for boost pressure control (n75) malfunction p0243
EGR Valve (N18) malfunction p0403
