VW CC mods query

Hi guys,
looking for some info on some possilbe future mode for my 12 CC gt.
I was thinking of fitting an emblem reverse cam, i have VCDS and my rns315 has the black camera port.
Ive seen a few on ali express with a CVS converter box thing, anyone have these? I think they might not be highline editions with the lines that turn with the steering wheel?
also, if i see a colour cluster, is it hard to fit? or is it plug and play? Again I have VCDS and will require mileage correction from another source I know.
