No Air from blower - Climatronic

Hey all, I could really do with some advice here.

There is no air coming from the blower at all, this all stopped one day with no prior warning.Nothing comes out regardless of setting low to high. Tried all directions feet, forward, screen. Nothing comes out.

One thing to note all buttons light on the Climatronic when pressed expect the recirculation.

I looked for errors and it said 01273 - Fresh Air Blower V2

I got a 2nd hand one and put it in this morning, before refitting the glove box I tested it and it blew air no issues. I refitted the glove box and to my disappointment it no longer works.

Can anyone point me in a direction to start fault finding as I'm stumped.
