P2563 Turbocharger Boost Control Error Code

Hi,
I have had the flashing glow plug light come on a few times, it generally comes on when you have to stop with the engine cold, then it resets and stays off for the rest of the journey. I have done a scan with VCDS and it comes up with:
009571 - Turbocharger Boost Control Position Sensor Circuit
P2563-000- implausible signal.
I've attached a pic of the printout.
Done some hunting around and can't see a common cause for this apart from a possible vacuum or wiring loom damage leak but can't find any pics.
Has anyone been here before and has a list of most likely causes. I'm an amateur at VCDS by the way.
