Passat B6 1.9tdi Slam Panel

Hey guys, I'm looking to replace my B6 slam panel as the plastic is broken in front of the radiator and my headlight tabs are all snapped on the drivers side after the car had a bang. I'm wondering is it all bolt on bolt off job or is welding required? And also does the rad need to come off or does it hang in place?
