Locked out with a dud injector

I could really do with a break ! My 06 170 SEL has been in the garage with a faulty injector No4 and now the battery has gone flat and deadlocked the car.The plastic key in the fob won't open the lock either.The garage has suggested breaking a window but before they take that extreme step is there any way of opening the door or bonnet ? Please PM me if there is, as I'm sure that's not info that needs to be broadcast in an open forum ! Also can anyone point me in the direction of someone who supplies the injectors ? until we can get the car open I don't know if it is a Bosch or Siemens one.
The injectors were replaced under warranty at 75k and not lasted another 50k,and what a surpise VW don't want to know ! Thanks in advance, Jo
