passat b6 drl + sequential signal

Hi guys

Well i am think of making my own DRL lights with sequential signal, like the newer audi

I have brought a drl led + sequential strip from china, and going to make it over the next week.

Question is wiring. there is 1 red, 1 black, 1 yellow.

red - 12v + positive
black - negative - or ground
yellow - 12+ signal

I can either wire the 12+ red direct to battery or have been told I can attach this to ACC fuse (25) - does anyone know where this is? I know there is a fuse box in driver side, is there one in engine bay?
