thinking of getting a late b6 2010 advise

hi due to my 2007 bkp model having 200k nearly on and it needing some work doing ive decided to save up quick and get the exact same car but one of the very last b6 a 2010 estate model
what should i be looking out for are the rear calipers still rubbish on the later ones , plus what does cr mean ive seen a few mentioned in advert sales is it a better engine? do they still suffer with turbos and dmfs
ive seen a few b7s 1.6 tdis but high mileage with what i can afford. any info would be swell , cheers
