Good Morning,
2009 Passat B6 Saloon. CBAB Engine 107k
I've noticed in the last week or so that turning the Heat dial between 16/fully cold to 22 ( halfway, top dead centre ) is actually all the same temp. Once you go past that 22-26/fully hot work as you would expect them to.
I've not noticed any heavy misting of windows, sweet cabin smell or loss of Coolant, so from that I can only guess my core is okay.
I'm thinking at this point maybe an Airlock, and bleed the coolant system off then re-try. Having said that I work in IT & am not an Auto-Expert so I'm wondering if the experienced folk amongst us think I'm on the right track or should be looking elsewhere?
Thanks Very Much
